

Password reminder





Your printed document was prepared for sending to another computer for print. Now you need to select a target printer. Optionally, you may adjust other job settings.
On this point, you can't. Your document is already printed to temporary file. If you need to change page size or other printing preferences, you may cancel this print job, reconfigure printer, and print again.

This warning appears when you selecting a printer which does not seem to have the capability to print with current settings. For example, your document was printed in Letter format, and printer only supports A4. You still can send the document with current settings, in most cases it will get printed. But to achieve best results, it is recommended that you go to Printing Preferences and reconfigure your settings for this printer.

Your document will be sent over the Internet as a file in certain format. You have two options: "enhanced metafile" (EMF) and "bitmap" (BMP). Usually the best choice is EMF, because it is a lightweight vector format, which can be rescaled as required, so you will have a good output regardless of page size. The downside is, this format can lose custom fonts and use standard ones for output. If you have this problem, try BMP.
By default, your transport files are encrypted. You can additionally password-protect them, so receiving person will have to enter the password to print the document.
Set this checkbox to receive a notification email when the recipient prints the document. The email will be sent on the address specified in your user profile.
