Will anyone be able to print to my printer?

Removing printer from search results

Select a printer in PrinterShare "Local Printers" list and click "Properties".

Here, you have an option to remove the printer from search results. This means that noone will see it in "Find Printer" dialog.

Rules to handle incoming documents

Open Permissions dialog (User | Permissions).

Processing rule can be set for all incoming documents (Default), or specifically for each user. You have following options:

• Wait for my approval: documents will appear in Incoming Documents list, but you'll have to click "Print" to download and print them. This is the default setting.
• Download: documents will be downloaded as soon as possible, but you need to click "Print" to print them.
• Download and Print: documents will be printed as soon as possible, no user interaction required.
• Reject: documents will be blocked on server, they will not even appear in Incoming Documents list.

If you are concerned that someone else might use your printers, you can set "Reject" as a default rule, and then allow printing to the required users only.
