You need a number of devices to print documents. Here are some suggestions on how you can make all your devices work together using PrinterShare.

In a most simple case, you just have a PC with printer connected to it. You can print from that PC on the connected printer.

Now, you can install PrinterShare client both on the PC and on any number of other devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and other PCs. All these devices will be able to print on the printer connected to the PC.

Mobile clients can also print to WiFi printers directly, without PrinterShare client on receiving end. This is called "Nearby printing". Clients for Windows and MacOS does not have this capability.

In a number of situations, nearby printing may not work for you. In this case, you can still use WiFi printer with PrinterShare. It can be used in a same manner as wired printer. You must already have a PC set up to work with this WiFi printer. Install PrinterShare client on that PC, and use it as a receiving end for your mobile device.
